The villa sleeps up to 6 guests in three comfortable bedrooms, all with their own en-suite showers for extra privacy and convenience. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third offers a double sofa bed. Everything is set on one level, making it especially practical for families with children or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Inside, you will find a welcoming lounge with air-conditioning and smart TVs (Netflix enabled), Wi-Fi, books and small games – ideal for relaxing evenings in after a day at the beach or by the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area make self-catering simple and enjoyable. There is a full cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of utensils, along with both espresso and filter coffee machines (with starter capsules provided) for a proper morning coffee. A high chair is available for younger guests, and there is also the option of meal delivery from a nearby restaurant, so you can enjoy delicious local dishes without leaving the comfort of the villa.
Outside, the highlight is the private 8m x 4m swimming pool with sun-loungers, umbrellas and a shaded terrace – perfect for lazy days in the sun. There is a barbecue for al fresco dining, private parking within the grounds, and a lovely garden with trees, tended by a gardener from time to time. The owner lives nearby and is on hand if you need anything, and there is even an extra water tank in case of local shortages.
