DETAILS: Pawleys Plantation is a secure gated community boasting fabulous homes and villas throughout all on the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course. The accommodations provide the perfect setting for a memorable golf getaway special event family vacation or business retreat. This inviting condo has two bedrooms with a king-size bed in the Primary bedroom and two queens in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need to enjoy a meal, the common area also includes a wet bar with a wine fridge. This home is a pet-friendly property with a maximum weight limit of 25 lbs for your pets. We do charge a pet fee of $150 so please notify the rental office if you are bringing a pet. Parking is free and available in front of the condo.

Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeper employees provide greater security, quality, and accountability. We do not utilize third-party cleaning companies. We use CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants, and personal protection equipment. Our properties are private, well-maintained, hygienic, and sanitized. A whole safe and private space just for you and your family. Our linens and terry are cleaned and sanitized at our commercial laundry.

Beautiful/clean & cozy place

Beautiful property, beautiful condo, quiet neighborhood, older very friendly neighbors that lives there full time. Very nice swimming pool & area. Very close to beach like 2 or 3 miles I believe! Close to all kinds of restaurants grc store’s! Over all 100% satisfied!
