Amazing view of the ocean. This 1 bedroom / 1.5 bath oceanfront condo is located in the exclusive Litchfield by the Sea gated community. The views of the Atlantic Ocean are stunning from this 4th floor unit which also overlooks the pool and lazy river. Furnished with 2 Queen beds in the master, this condo sleeps up to 4 people. This updated and bright condo is ready to be your next vacation getaway. The galley kitchen leads into the charming living room. The private balcony is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views and ocean breezes.

Bridgewater amenities include pools (indoor & outdoor), lazy river, hot tub, & easy beach access. Also enjoy all the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea including 24 hour gated community security, lighted tennis courts, fishing and crabbing piers, walking and bike paths, beach clubhouse, marsh and creek views, and one of the best beaches in South Carolina!

Condo includes microwave, dishwasher, full-size oven, refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, cooking utinsels, 2 TVs, DVD player, high speed wireless internet access, dining table, oceanfront balcony. Washer and dryer available in building on 2nd floor.

Litchfield beach is located just 70 miles for a day trip to Charleston, SC or 25 miles to the attraction of Myrtle Beach. Just minutes to fine dining in Pawleys Island or the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, famous for its seafood restaurants. Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are within a 3 minute drive. You are surrounded by several top-rated golf courses as well.

Fabulous condo unit and wonderful communication with the property owner. Very updated condo and had everything you would need for a beach trip. We cooked in the unit and it was well stocked. Location to the beach and the onsite amenities were amazing.

Family Golf & Beach Trip

Very nice renovated condo. Lacked closet/storage space, which forced us to have suitcases in the family room. Galley layout from exterior to bedroom to kitchen to living space. No washer/dryer in unit but community facilities available. Lazy river, pool and beach access were perfect.

Bridgewater @ Litchfield by The Sea

Super location with 4th floor view of the pool and beach. Plenty of room for a couple and would think a family of 4 (young children - 2) would also be able to manage in this well equipped room. There isn't a long wait on an elevator at any time of the day. The grounds of the resort are well kept and very pretty. The property owner is very accessible and is a good communicator.
