Great place

The condo was so conveniently located and very comfortable. Beds comfy, furniture great, nice deck with a dining table and some chairs to relax in. We loved it. I wish the owners would put a handbook of some kind in the house. Maybe pointers about the TV, which beach access we should use, etc. a little confusing with so many options at Litchfield by the sea. Overall just a great weekend. We would stay again.

It is close to everything we needed and I particularly liked that is is a gated community. My wife and I wanted a quiet get away and this provided this for us. It's more challenging during covid, but we felt very comfortable. We plan to visit again in January.

My only complaint is that we were told that we would have access to all amenities in the Litchfield by the Sea Resort. This is simply not true. The splash park requires special wristbands that were not included and we were turned away.

Whoever does the cleaning is more OCD than I am, which I never thought possible. The quality of the furnishings, kitchen supplies, etc. we’re top-notch. You can tell the property is well cared for. The property management office staff was friendly and helpful and made that whole check-in/out easy and informative, like we had met new friends! The area around the property was active and family friendly, and it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We will definitely return!

Heron Marsh 62 was close to the beach access and we walked to the beach every day. Unit was perfect size for our party!
