  • Picture yourself enjoying that evening glass of wine on the deck of this creek-front cottage as the sun sets. Have a blast with your family crabbing off of the private dock. These are just a few things that come to mind when dreaming of renting this home. 181 Sea Level Loop is your chance to rent waterfront property in Litchfield Beach, SC at a price almost as good as the views. This extremely well built home features just the right mix of modern renovations, wood work, and overall southern style to include 3 bedrooms, 3 modernized bathrooms, a well equipped custom kitchen with 2 dining areas, custom lighting, a laundry room, high ceilings with catwalks, floor to ceiling windows, and so much more. The house is fully furnished to make your stay pleasurable in every way. The house sleeps 8-10 people if you utilize the the queen sized pull out sofa in the living room. The private 440 foot pier in your back yard includes a covered gazebo. It's great for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or just enjoying the quiet, peaceful outdoor retreat! It is a short .8 of a mile to the closest beach access on Litchfield Beach where you can enjoy the ocean. You can also use an outdoor pool 4 miles from the property from May through August. The house has free high speed WIFI internet access, central air conditioning, a flat screen cable TV, microwave, modern kitchen stocked with all cookware and utensils, washing machine and dryer, large deck including an oyster table and charcoal grill with plenty of deck furniture overlooking the creek. It is located 4 miles from beautiful Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. It is within 5 miles of 5 highly rated golf courses. You can walk around the corner to fantastic restaurants and it is within a mile of quaint shops at The Hammock Shops and Island Shops in downtown Pawleys Island. You're just a few clicks away from reserving your stay in this fantastic getaway.

Amazing little hidden gem in the middle of thousands of good choices. Close to lots of PI stuff, but feels very secluded. Great get away spot!

We loved our stay! As two families with 4 boys between us the bunk bed room was awesome!! The boys loved exploring the property and watching the wildlife. We also loved that the beach was so close by and enjoyed Huntington Beach State Park. The fact that there was the beach and a play area plus an ice cream shop was lots of fun, not to mention all the gators we spotted!! This is our first time staying in Pawley's (although I've been coming to the area for years) and we loved the quiet laid back feel. The house just gives relaxing vibes and I really loved the big soaking tub!!

This house exceeded our expectations. It is even better than the pictures show. Everything we could have needed was in the home, or was very close by in town. We can't control the weather and a cold front came in that dampened our fishing but, overall, we had a great time. We caught some crab off the dock, fished at a lot of really close by places, did some great small town shopping, and relaxed. The home itself was gorgeous. The sunrise was breathtaking. They were even games and books to read during the unexpected storm. You really couldn't ask more from a vacation spot. We can't wait to come again.

Cute house on the water

My children enjoyed the house and dock. The beds were comfortable and provided everything we needed. It was a short drive to the public beach, which had great parking and was not crowded.

I have been both a visitor and resident of Pawleys Island. I brought my siblings into town for a little vacation. We enjoyed our stay very much and would not hesitate to go again. Mary was very helpful and we think that it was a great experience!

Weekend Getaway

My family and I loved the house and location. The marsh was stunning! We love fishing and crabbing so it was perfect for us. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was very well stocked with all the linens and cookware we needed. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

We loved the house. Rustic feeling and very clean. We spent alot of time on the pier and gazebo. Fishing and kayaking was a blast. The host is very nice and quick to reapond to any questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great family get away!

This property is perfect for a family get away. Our family enjoyed fishing/crabbing off the dock. The location was perfect, being so close to the beach. The home is filled with everything you could possibly need. Mary is the perfect host. She was quick to reply to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Quiet, clean, and beautiful

The house is in an area that is remote and quiet but still very close to everything. We met Mary, one of the owners, she was very polite and accommodating. The house was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. There was not a spec of dust or a streak in a mirror. Even outside was cleaned up, and we stayed right after a hurricane. 2 master bedrooms was perfect for 2 couples. There is also another room with sets of bunk beds. The pier and gazebo were great for fishing and relaxing. We will Definitely stay here again.

April Visit to Pawleys Island Community

This is a very unique home as depicted in the photos. Solid hardwood everywhere! Views of the marsh area are excellent. The home was very clean. The owners live minutes away and were very responsive to a couple of requests. The kitchen area is small and there isn’t a dishwasher so plan accordingly. The deck and picnic table are just out the back door and great for outdoor dining. One note is there is not any cover over the back deck to shield you from rain or full sun. We made due with a couple of umbrellas. The gazebo on the marsh is roofed and puts you in the middle of all the action. Great bird watching with morning coffee and evening cocktails. Unfortunately two new homes were being built across the street from the house. We just had some bad timing related to daytime construction noise outside as the homes were being put up and framed. Probably done now. The house is rock solid and nearly sound proof so no issue inside. The location is very convenient to many great restaurants, local shopping and numerous golf courses. All just a short drive away. It’s a quiet little neighborhood tucked behind businesses on 17.

Wedding Weekend in Pawleys Island

The house is like a "tree house" literally there is a tree in the middle of it - not alive anymore - but, still a tree. The view is awesome and the dock is the longest in the area that we could see. The layout of the house gives views of the marsh in almost every room. Great for large gatherings in the common area. Only downside is the kitchen is very small and no dishwasher. Take paper products and you are good to go.

Off season getaway

This is a lovely family home in a quiet neighborhood. It is better for an off-season fishing trip rather than a beach trip, as it is not within walking distance to the beach(if you have young children and lots of gear in tow). The host is great and and the house is unique and clean!
