Clean and very well stocked. This place had everything we needed and more. It was quiet and well located to the beach access , restaurants and stores. This is my families new favorite getaway place.

The air seemed to be controlled by the host and we definitely did not like that. Otherwise it was a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay here! A cold front came through and the hot tub was a plus! It was the perfect size for our family of 4! Very close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach!

Could use a few more dishes and maybe a bit more privacy from the neighbors when you are in the hot tub, but other than that it was great.

Location, location, location! This house has everything you need on one of the best roads to the beach. There are plenty of beach toys to use if you want to use those without having to bring them all from home. The bedrooms are spacious, as is the open-concept living and kitchen. The property was extremely quiet, with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked, and even included tupperware, which is rare! The host was clear with all directions and responsive to texts and emails. For the price, you can't beat this cute little cottage!

While the house was clean, the pictures can be really deceiving. The walls were very dirty and showed markings and spills that haven’t been wiped. The carpet was extremely thin (cheap) and in the main living room the tacking was exposed on all sides leave my husband, three children, and I to step on them. We had to wear shoes whenever we were in the house to avoid getting hurt. The comforters in the bunk room had dirt and stains on them and didn’t smell like they had been washed recently. The kitchen was minimally stocked with plates and cups. The location was great and I guess that is what you pay for with this house.

Coastal Retreat was a well-maintained, well-located beach house. The home was super clean, and beautiful decor. Nathen was our host and he was very helpful and pleasant and made our check in and check out very simple and easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Beach was very close. Thank you Nathen for making our stay wonderful and enjoyable. We will definitely be back.
