This Seaside Inn Condo in Litchfield Resort is your home away from home. There's plenty of space for everyone with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in each. Take a stroll on the paths around the resort and walk 1/2 mile to the private Litchfield Beach. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features! Play golf at one of the many local top-notch courses or just relax and enjoy the South Carolina sun.

There are 2 queen beds in each bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with things you need to stay in and cook. This unit is on the 1st floor so you can either walk up 1 flight of stairs or take the elevator. The sidewalks in the resort are well maintained and it is about a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. The resort also has a restaurant with outdoor deck dining and Starbucks!. Live music offered during the summer season.

You get the place to yourselves with a private key code entrance. This property is managed by Hammock Coast Life and we are available for any assistance.

*Please note an update regarding rental fees and policy guidelines:
- If your 2027 reservation includes access to Litchfield By The Sea Resort, a mandatory Resort Fee of $20 per night will apply, regardless of guest count. Per the association's policy, this fee applies to all rentals within the resort community. The charge will be processed on the card on file nearer to your stay and remitted directly to the Litchfield By The Sea Community Association. By confirming your booking, you agree to this charge. No additional fees will be added if your reservation already covers this Resort Fee.
- Please be advised that processing fees may be charged pursuant to our cancellation policy.
- While we make every attempt to prepare each property for your stay, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service for appliances, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, or cable. Upon notification, our team will make every reasonable effort to coordinate timely repairs. Non-emergency matters reported after business hours will be addressed promptly the following morning.
- Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for stays during hurricane season (June 1 through November 30). Refunds during this period are issued exclusively in the event of an official mandatory evacuation or declared local state of emergency. For weather-related disruptions, we will gladly assist you in rescheduling your stay.
- Resort pools are maintained independently by the resort. We cannot assume responsibility for temporary pool closures required for routine maintenance.
