Known as a surfer's haven, Pavones is a small community located along the southern Pacific Coast. Surrounded by jungle and home to multiple world class surf breaks. The property is only a short walk to Pavones, which features the world’s 2nd longest left wave and Costa Rica’s best surf spot.

We are also known for some of the world’s best big-game fishing where you can catch giant 100lbs tuna on a daily basis. Other popular fish species sought by fishermen in the area are Mahi-Mahi, Snapper, Sailfish, Swordfish and Wahoo!

The wildlife is also abundant and you will get to see exotic creatures like Scarlett Macaws, Toucans, Aracaris, Sloths, Jaguarundis, Coatis and much more. The property has a walking trail that reaches the Rio Claro River where you can enjoy the cool waters of this magnificent river, usually all to yourself.
