"Top staff, from the cleaning lady to the restaurant personnel to the reception: outstanding, kind, sweet and really helpful. The personnel made us feel at home"

"Guter Aufenthalt.

"Nice family business. Making people feel at home. Bravo"

"Exceptional owner and staff. Lovely building and large rooms. We had a very pleasant multi-day stay there."

"Very dirty old tired place"

The room is very pleasant, nowhere near as over the top as the pictures suggest, there are tea and coffee-making facilities,...

"This is a wonderful property located in a perfect spot in Pavia. We stay in many rental properties and I can say, without question, the service at Arnabaldi Palace is as good as we have ever received. Rooms are well appointed and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We fully intend to stay here again on our next trip to Italy."

"Ottima colazione, bella piscina"
