The fully fenced backyard offers peace of mind for families with children, providing a safe and secure space to relax and play. Additionally, two private outdoor showers cater to your needs, one heated for comfort and one cold for a refreshing rinse-off, ensuring the bathroom upstairs remains sand-free. The utility shed outside houses another toilet, washing machine, and dryer, all easily accessible from the house for your convenience.

Situated at the northern end of Pauanui between the beach and estuary, Sol Vista Paku is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from Pauanui Beach, and less than 20-minute walk to the local shops, cafes, and Royal Billy Point. Pleasant Point boat ramp is conveniently close by, with ample parking on the front lawn for cars and boats, making it the perfect spot for water enthusiasts, and grants you easy access to all the Coromandel hot spots!
