3-apt house with private pool, 250m from beach

A charming house, completely renovated a few years ago and divided into 3 apartments, for up to 10 guests (including children). The house has a large garden and a private swimming pool, which will be reserved exclusively for you and not shared with any other guests.

You're renting the entire floor downstairs as well as the garden below the house; in particular, you'll get three studios with a double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower each. The studios can accommodate 2, 4 and 4 people respectively; in fact, in two of them there is one bunk bed each (1.80m long, suitable mainly for children or teenagers). Each studio has a covered terrace outside; the terraces are connected so that you can easily get from one studio to the others.

Therefore, the house is an ideal solution for 3 families or couples who want to share the holiday without giving up their privacy, or even to a group of friends (maximum 10 people, it is not possible to add other beds).

The studios have air conditioning, TV and a good wifi connection with a business contract, which is suitable for remote working.

Upstairs, there is another apartment with a separate entrance from behind the building, with no access to your pool or your garden. This apartment is not included in this offer but can be rented separately upon availability.

The house is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with lots of greenery, a barbecue and a small private swimming pool (round, about 4m in diameter), ideal for children or even adults to cool off from the summer sun.

The sea is less than 5 minutes away on foot; the beach below the house is a free pebble beach with crystal clear water, also suitable for children. In a few minutes by car you can reach the sandy beaches of Torre Vado and Pescoluse, including the equipped beaches of the Maldives of Salento and Cinque Vele. There are several supermarkets, shops and restaurants within a few minutes' drive.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €140, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,44 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
