** HOW THE AUTOMATED DEPOSIT WORKS **

(o) COLLECTION: The deposit is collected automatically 2 days before check-in. The system will require your credit card information. Again, We do not hold your credit card information, nor is it visible to us. 





(o) RELEASE: It is released automatically 2 days after check-out (at 6 PM) if no charge request is submitted.





(o) VISIBILITY: You will see the deposit amount and the collection/release dates during booking and in your guest portal.





(o) REMINDERS: You will receive an inbox reminder 1 day before collection and another when it is released.





(o) ACCESS: Check-in instructions are shared ONLY once the deposit is successfully secured. No deposit means you waive your reservation entirely.






** IN CASE OF ISSUES **

If there are damages or house rules broken, the host may submit a charge request for you to review and comment.
A third party will allocate the deposit payment. Any unused portion of the deposit is returned promptly 2 days after check-out.




** ID COLLECTION **

We collect and verify your Passport or Thai ID against a photo selfie via our safe 3rd-party provider.

We do not keep your data as we do not have access to it.
