The hotel as a whole gives an older, but still good, impression. The low-rise buildings (maximum two stories) are a unique feature among the mostly high-rise hotels in Pattaya. The property has two outdoor pools. I can rate the smaller one highly due to its proximity to my room. The water is pleasantly warm and clean.
The rooms are spacious, and very clean if you tip the cleaning staff. However, if you forget to tip, the cleanliness noticeably declines.
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied. Sometimes I would have preferred to order a freshly made omelet instead of the pre-made ones.
As is typical throughout Thailand, all the staff are very courteous and helpful. Furthermore, it's worth noting that the central location offers all the advantages one could wish for. The beach, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are all within walking distance. The hotel is easily accessible from both busy streets via the private road connecting Beach Road and Sai 2 Road, and despite being situated amidst bars and activity areas, it remains relatively quiet.
In my opinion, this hotel definitely deserves its 4-star rating.
