This 5-bedroom villa has generous living areas that can accommodate comfortably up to 15 people. Free WiFi in all areas and free parking on site are available.

The air-conditioned bedrooms all come with a flat-screen cable TV, a comfortable double bed, marble floor, wardrobe. Fitted with a shower, the private bathroom also includes free toiletries and a hairdryer. The master bedroom’s en suite bathroom has a bath tub. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, oven, electric kettle and a stove top, tableware and glassware perfect for indoor cooking and eating at home. The outdoor BBQ unit is provided in the garden.

At Hi At Home Villa 5, you can enjoy a relaxing swim in the large outdoor pool or alternatively read a book on outdoor day beds made with the most refined care to details. The spacious living room features large sofa where everyone can gather to simply chill out and watch TV or spend memorable moments together.

Situated in one of Pattaya's top trendiest areas, guests will find a wide selection of cafes and restaurants serving tasty Thai and international cuisines within just a short walk from the villa. Convenience stores and supermarkets are also nearby.

For sightseeing, guests can check out many of Pattaya's famous shopping malls with just a short 15-minute car ride. The villa is approximately a 1h30m ride from Suvarnabhumi Airport and 30m ride from U-tapao Airport.

Daily maid service is included and laundry service is also available for an extra charge. A relaxing Thai or oil massage session in your own villa and food delivery are also available on request.

Our chic villa is nestled in a quiet residential area in East Pattaya within walking distance to amenities and restaurants. With 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms plus a guest toilet, a large living, kitchen, and dining area, big garage, and lots of outdoor space that includes a pool patio and a BQQ zone, you’ll hardly want to leave the premise.

As you pass through the villa’s electric gate, you will find yourself in a secluded tropical oasis with a saltwater swimming pool, poolside bar lounge, BBQ area, two sets of sunbeds, water fountains and outdoor shower. In this versatile outdoor space, you can enjoy catching up with one another while swimming, sunbathing, playing games, and keeping cool even during the hottest hours of the day. At sunset, the lights transform the garden into a setting perfect for cocktails, canapés, and star-gazing with your loved ones.

If you’re looking to spend a couple of hours away on your own without leaving the premise, head to the large balcony on the 2nd floor that is home to a shaded coffee corner for two, or the small outdoor lounge with a sofa and a coffee table next to the garage.

The villa spreads over two floors; the ground floor is home to a living, kitchen and dining room as well as two en suite bedrooms, and the remaining three en suite bedrooms and a balcony are located on the second floor.

Stepping inside from the garden and pool area, you will find yourself in a sizable open-air living room with dining, kitchen and a guest toilet. The attention to detail is sure to impress you, along with the high-quality furnishings and décor. The lounge features a comfortable sofa set, working table, Cable TV, and a choice between air-con and ceiling fans. Behind it, there is a dining area with a high-quality table made of real wood, suitable for 10. A state-of-the-art European kitchen is also a part of this space, enabling you to stay connected while cooking. In addition to plenty of cupboards and food preparation surfaces, the kitchen features an gas stove with oven and extractor, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, and everything you’d need for making delicious meals.

If you would rather not cook while on holiday, no problem: between our food delivery menu available at the villa and many restaurants within walking distance, you’ll never run out of exciting choices!

All five bedrooms at the villa are highly comfortable, air-conditioned, and with black-out curtains that ensure a good night’s sleep. Each one has a double bed, Cable TV, vanity table, and a wardrobe with a couple of robes and slippers. Next to the living area, there are two connecting bedrooms suitable for a family with children. Each has its en suite bathroom (one with a double sink vanity, toilet, and a bathtub, and the other with a single basin, toilet, and a shower) and both have direct swimming pool access. The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the villa’s first floor. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, single or double basin, and a toilet.

The villa’s garage has enough space for multiple vehicles. Included in the rate are free Wi-Fi and daily maid service (towel change every 2 days, sheet change every 4 days).
