A slice of peacefulness

We really enjoyed using the outdoor area. Plenty of chairs and equipment for visitors to use. Our goal was to just relax and we were able to do that. Saw all kinds of fish in the river including a dolphin! I would stay here again.

Relaxing Month at Cocoa Beach

This is the first time we used VRBO and it probably won't be the last. The unit was very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. We loved the beaches at Cocoa but the one nearest was challenging to get to because of no parking and trying to dash across 4 lanes of high speed traffic. The outdoor deck area was relaxing. We would go back again.

Excellent location and amenities!!

The location and amenities can’t be beat! The use of the kayaks, paddle boards, and other beach toys was such a great benefit to this property. It is right on the banana river with a beautiful deck to watch the sunset every evening. Beach access is across the street. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. The wifi was a lifesaver since my cell coverage was poor. The highlight of our stay was using the clear bottom canoe and stand up paddle boards to experience the bioluminescence water and fish glowing every night! We will definitely book this property again if we return to this area!

Excellent vacation stay with one bit of advice

The property was wonderful and perfectly located. We were able to kayak in the river and then go play in the ocean. The beds were comfortable which is always appreciated at the end of a long day of playing. I hope we will be back again. The advice: if you are use to most condo stays, you will be expecting a washer and dryer in the room. There were only enough towels for 2 days. It's no big deal to throw a load of towels in before you leave if the washer and dryer are in the room, but it takes more time out of your vacation if you are putting them in the one set of washer and dryer in the communal laundry room. I didn't want to run off and leave the property with our towels in causing someone else to not be able to do their laundry. So we went and bought extra towels ( we needed some new ones at home anyway). Next time, I will bring extra towels and wash clothes from home. There is not an ice maker in the freezer, but that is an easy work around if you know up front. Other than those things that you can prepare for, everything was wonderful.
