Villa Patong - Super Tropical Holiday Escape

VILLA PATONG is a BIG FUN villa in a classic tropical forest at the north end of Patong Bay, in the centre of Phuket's famous West Coast. The villa dynamics offer a great holiday environment for all style of guests. Only 5 minutes from Patong Beach - the center for nightlife, restaurants, shopping. Yet it's totally private and secluded at the villa.

Here are the basics ...

Villa Patong is in a private Estate of only 5 villas
50 meters above sea level - on the mountain - with sea views.
Set in a tropical forest – a natural and refreshing scene.

You wont find a villa with more privacy in Patong Bay. There are no properties either side of the villa. Swim naked, do what you like. Scream and nobody will hear you.

Total 6 bedrooms
x 5 double bedrooms (1 King size bed)
x 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds)

Every bedroom has a full en-suite with shower, except one of the double rooms has a bathroom en-suite with toilet and basin, but no shower.

15 meter main Pool. The main pool is only 1.2 meters deep, so you can stand in it and have a beer !
Plus a Children’s pool 5 meters x 5 meters in size and 20cm deep. It also makes a great hang over float tank in the sun for adults.

Upper level - main building has very large living area, combining open kitchen, dining and lounge. High exposed timber ceilings, wrap around tall windows, open up onto an extensive terrace to create a great entertainment space.

Child safe glass barriers around the top deck. Let the youngsters play.

Huge 100 sqm master bedroom suite - walk in wardrobe - walk thru luxury shower.
Note the jacuzzi in the photos is just a decoration. Its kaput, but we left it there cos it looks great :)

Please note also:
All the bedroom floors have been changed to cream colour luxury tiles. They look better than the wood floors, everybody says so.

Fully equipped kitchen.... 2 main fridges ... so you can stock up big time.

Other things to note
THE PRICE INCLUDES:

Daily maids on duty 8am to 5pm for service and cleaning.

Maids will cook breakfast for you.
If the maids do the food shopping for breakfast, there is a 15% fee on the cost of the food.
Any shopping done for the guests by the maids/staff has a 15% fee on the cost of the shopping.

Includes - regular towels & linen - basic toiletries - garden and pool service, all utilities - all taxes.

An on site villa manager will meet you at check in, and be available for assistance as required.

OPTIONAL EXTRA COST:

- Taxi minivan service on call 24/7. Pay per trip like a taxi point to point, or rent whole/half days.

- Chef service for lunch or dinner available on a casual basis, subject to availability.
- if you need Chef on standby every day for lunch or dinner, this should be booked in advance.
- Restaurant food deliveries can be used easily
- You can use the villa kitchen your selves of course

- In villa massages (suppliers will come to the villa)
