Mazot des Outards - Swimming pool - Air conditioning - Cozy garden

Located in the town of Passy, in the sought-after hamlet of Les Outards — nicknamed the "Little Nice" for its sunshine — this 49 m² Savoyard mazot has been tastefully renovated. What was important to us: to offer much more than a roof over one's head for a few nights. A place where you take the time to cook good meals, where you linger on the terrace in the early morning with a coffee, where you come back in the evening from a hike to share a raclette without having to improvise anything. Everything has been carefully chosen.
The space
L'été aux Outards, is a private garden of 300 m² with its vegetable garden, its terrace, its barbecue, and the chirping of crickets when night falls on the valley.

It's the five-meter round swimming pool (shared with us, the owners, but at your disposal), the hiking trails that open a few steps from the door, the trout river is three hundred metres away.

The house is air-conditioned — a real comfort in summer when the valley heats up.

The Lac de Passy leisure centre is ten minutes away, the thermal park of the Thermes de Saint-Gervais is five minutes away and the good Savoyard restaurants in the area are within easy reach.

In winter, the mazot becomes a refuge. The Évasion Mont-Blanc area (Saint-Gervais, Megève) is five minutes away via the Valléen. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi are twenty minutes away, as is the family resort of Plaine-Joux, perfect for the first sliding. You come home with red cheeks, you turn on the warm light, you take out the fondue. All Savoyard equipment awaits on site.

The Super U is a kilometre away on foot, amenities a few minutes away.

Children are welcome: games, cot on request, babysitting recommendations if needed.

The closed bedroom can be configured as a double bed 160×200 or two single beds 80×200 according to your desires, and the living room houses a sofa bed 160×200 with mattress topper for a real sleep, not a breakdown.PGJyPg
The mazot and its garden are offered to you privately, but the swimming pool is a common space with us (and our teenagers!).

We live right next door. We respect your spaces, and ask you to do the same.

For those who want to prolong the attention — early arrival, welcome Savoyard aperitif, meal delivery, babysitting — some services are possible on request and at an additional cost.
