Main Floor (2nd Level):
• Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bath with spa tub and walk-in shower.
• Duck Room: King bed, adjacent hallway bath.
• Bunk Room: Two bunk sets (double below, single above), plus a daybed. Shares a hall bath with the Duck Room.
• Additional Full Bath: Bath/shower combo just off the kitchen.
Ground Floor:

Very nice property. Clean, comfortable rooms and beds. Spacious house and a quiet location. The view was wonderful. The toys for the children were a nice surprise and they enjoyed them very much. All the adults enjoyed the hot tub. This is a top notch property.

Fun again and again

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it’s better every time. The house is always clean and the amenities offered are fantastic! From being able to wake up and enjoy the morning with coffee in the screened in porch, to being able to unwind in the hot tub! This house has plenty to do for all ages…even has a kayak and canoe. The house is only a short drive to the beach, local restaurants and coffee shops. We are already planning our next trip back!

Mississippi Trip

We rated this property as good, but it could have been excellent if the hot tub had been working on day 1. We were without the hot tub for a week, while waiting for a part to arrive. We were not told about this until the day we arrived. The part did not arrive for 6 days & then it took another day to heat up (therefore we were without it for a quarter of our time). This did not sit well with my husband, as it is one of the reasons we booked this property & the owner knew this! As for the rest of the property it is a beautiful house & very well taken care of. Diane was quick to respond when asked a question. We wish the owner had checked the hot tub prior to our arrival & would have had the part sent over night, which would have definitely been more acceptable to us!

Perfect in every way

We needed a quiet place to stay during Cruisin The Coast and this home was perfect. Far enough away from the noise but still close enough to the action. Everything in the house was high quality and the view from the back porch over the saltwater marsh was beautiful

Awesome hideaway but still close to beach access

The online pictures do not do the house & property justice - beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 8. The kids loved staying together in the bunk room & the adults liked each couple having an en suite. Everything was labeled (light switches, towels, kitchen products) which made finding your way so nice. The home has a great back deck, too. We would stay there again.

Pass Time

Our stay at Pass Time was great. The house is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood and had all the amenities you might need. It had plenty of room for the 9 family members that traveled to MS. The host was great. She kept in contact all week to make sure our stay was good. If we ever make a return trip to the gulf coast of MS, we would definitely book this home again.

Family Vacation

Home was absolutely beautiful. It has everything you will ever need and more. One of the best VRBO we have ever stayed at. It was perfect for our family. Host provided a wonderful little basket of goodies and was wonderful with communication and accommodating us when we had additional family members stop for the last two days at the last minute. We will definitely stay again if we are in that area.

Beautiful and serene home with great views

Our two families totaling eight people (parents and two young adults in each family) really enjoyed staying at the Lyons’ wonderful home. The house is exceptionally well laid out, with a beautiful open living room/kitchen with high ceilings and a large window looking onto the marsh. The view is amazing. The furniture and the bedding are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We were there during a particularly cold spell so did not spend time on the porch though it would be lovely to use in nicer weather. The additional table in the nook area was used by our kids to build a puzzle, and the area provided a place for any individual wanting a bit of quiet, away from the main living room. If we are ever back in the Mississippi gulf coast, this will be our first choice of rental. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Getaway

The home is beautiful. The kitchen, dining area & living room are open so everyone can spend time together. Enjoyed morning coffee on the beautiful screened porch. Owners provided every amenity that you could possibly need. They also did a great job of communicating ahead of stay. Wonderful home to enjoy a amazing getaway.

Peaceful Getaway with a View

This was a great place for our extended family to meet and enjoy a relaxing stay. It’s quiet and out of th way, yet close enough to make quick trips into town if you forgot something. The beach was a short 5-10 minute drive and felt like we had it all to ourselves. We did a few day trips to New Orleans, which was a little over an hour away, and the ladies went to the outlet mall in Gulfport while the guys went on a fishing trip. There were lots of things to do outside, like a hottub, fire pit, hammock, and lots of seating, but it was super hot when we were there, so we enjoyed the air conditioning inside. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and necessities for cooking our own meals. Diane was quick to respond with an unexpected issue. Overall, we had a fun week in this beautiful vacation home.

Mississippi great family time in Pass Christian

This home provided us with a bonding time with our family of 8. The house was so comfortable for our teens to grandparents. The time spent on the screened in porch was so great to sit on and read and relax. Celebrated a birthday here and grilled steaks on their grill. We brought our black stone and used it daily out on the deck, while having a wonderful views of sunsets. This home provides you with great locations from going to beaches, casinos, New Orleans, etc. When there were any concerns or questions about the house, it was handled and promptly responded to by Diane and Jack. They were excellent hosts. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make awesome memories.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had a great family vacation with a total of 3 families for Thanksgiving! There was enough space to accommodate all of us and the kids LOVED their own bunk room! The kitchen was very open and was very well stocked! We brought our boat and tied it to the dock. We enjoyed multiple daily boat rides. We loved the views and the firepit downstairs for evening smores. Overall, the trip was AMAZING and made the week very memorable! We highly reccommend this house!

Our Family “Getaway”

The house was beautiful just like the pictures, if not better. It was nice and cozy and felt like home. The large living area was perfect and open with large windows to view the marsh. Just a few short weeks ago we buried the matriarch of our family, so this was the perfect little healing vacation. The kitchen was large and accommodating and there were plenty of spices etc to cook with. My husband and I absolutely loved the screened in back porch right off of the master bedroom. We had our coffee there every morning. We also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi several times. The lift was super helpful to bring all of our stuff up since you do have to climb stairs. My favorite spot was fishing off of the pier and I even caught several catfish. My husband enjoyed the kayak as well. I loved the way the bunk room was laid out. My niece, sister, and mother all stayed in there. There is a separate little single bed in there and my mother loved sleeping on it. My son, his wife and baby stayed in the room down the hall which has a king bed as well. There were plenty of books to read and games as well. It was a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Excellent visit and location.

Bugs were not near as bad as I thought they would be! Access to Wolf river with our boat was a big plus. Rooms were clean and nice. Some of the outside wood work is getting weathered and really needs to be cleaned and sealed. Overall an excellent visit and a nice introduction to a part of the country my family had never visited before.

Beautiful views

Had a wonderful 10 day stay. My Favorite spot was the screen porch. Beautiful view of the sunset and always seem to have a cool breeze. House was clean and Well stocked with towels for the beach and bath. Kitchen had all the essentials including a welcome basket. Hope we can come back soon
