The living room includes smart tv, couch and two lounge chairs. There is a separate dining room with large spanish style dining table with seating for 8. Each bedroom has a king-size bed. There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The back door leads to the covered patio in a garden setting with Hot tub, a dining table for 4 and a gas BBQ grill. Everything you need for a perfect wine country getaway and just steps away from the downtown restaurants and wineries!



Additional Info:



There is a separate unit behind this home. The driveway is reserved for the back home. There is plenty of street parking available to our guests to park. There are no shared spaces between the homes, as each are completely private.



The fireplace is non-operational.



Outdoor Areas:



The outdoor area features a covered patio with a hot tub (we do NOT charge to heat the spa. it will be heated and ready upon your arrival), a gas grill and dining table. The private backyard makes it an ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine.
