Paso Robles Retreat - Newly Remodeled-

Newly renovated and updated classic California Bungalow! Stay in the heart of Paso Robles just a few short blocks to the downtown restaurants, bars, tasting rooms and nightlife. Get your rest in the spacious bedroom with king size bed, and comfy memory foam pull-out queen size bed in living area. Wi-Fi and smart HD TV’s with Netflix, Hulu & apple TV in the living, bedroom and outdoor back patio. BBQ and unwind in the large outdoor areas including a deck, bar, picnic table, grill and fire pit.
The space
We are 4 ½ blocks to the downtown square and 1 ½ blocks to the new Paso Market Walk where you can get your morning coffee, cupcakes and ice cream or wine, craft beer & cider. Enjoy the newly furnished and remodeled interior as well as the private outdoor patio with TV and seating. You have a huge backyard that is shared with one other guest and each unit has access to their own fire pit and BBQ grill. Close to downtown and centrally located to the amazing Paso Robles wineries!

Walking distance to downtown square and convenient to the beautiful Wineries. Plenty of FREE parking on Vine St. & 17th St. in front of property just outside your front door.
Other things to note
Great WiFi, TV’s are Netflix, Hulu & Apple TV ready. The BBQ is ready for grilling and the deck, bar and picnic tables are there for unwinding from your day!

This home is a lovely hang for visiting Paso Robles. It's within walking distance of the city park, in a neighborhood of lovely 1930s and 1940s homes and is both comfortable and convenient, with a great kitchen for ambitious cooking.

The bungalow had everything we needed for a 5 day stay during Christmas week. The owners even decorated the house with lights outside and a full size Xmas tree in the entryway. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout the house like cozy throw blankets, mantle with twinkle lights and pine garlands, Xmas gnomes, Ugg comforter on the bed, nightlights in the kitchen and bathroom, nice bath towels and good toilet paper, quality soap, lots of keurig pods and plenty of dishes. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it!

Unit was exactly as depicted. Very clean and comfortable. Street parking right in front was perfect. Location is outstanding, a short, easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Luis is super responsive replying to my two questions within 15 minutes. Would stay here again.

The property was in the perfect location and very very well kept. Pristine, I would say. Management was responsive and super-helpful. # blocks from downtown, in a safe walking neighborhood and central to all the other local sites, like wineries. Wish we would have stayed longer.

We had a great stay at your home. The check-in procedure was smooth and the home is well stocked with everything you may need. The only issue was it took the shower a long time for the water to warm and never really got hot. We wish we could have spent more time at the house but were on the go with wedding activities. Maybe next time!

Charming Home in Paso

We greatly enjoyed staying here. It's a wonderful space for a couple and we were able to have a few family members over and make dinner together. The home is super cute and comfortable. They were also very accommodating and helpful when we left something there and needed it mailed back to us. We highly recommend staying here!

so many walkable amenities

The property was comfortable and clean, and all necessities were on hand. We felt it was a wonderful base for our week in Paso Robles. Easy walk to downtown and Paso Walk and DK donuts. Very quiet location and easy street parking.

Property is a great location to Paso Market and downtown! The kitchen is stocked nicely if you do wish to cook. Luis responded promptly the few times we needed to reach him. We look forward to our next visit!

Wine 🍷 getaway

My husband and I love the Paso area. The location of this home was convenient to the downtown area. It was very clean. And true to the description. I would recommend this property. Not that this was an issue for us however I feel it should be noted. As my husband and I were sitting on the back porch having our coffee, two ladies came through the back fence to get some cleaning supplies out of the garage area. Not that we were startled, but it was surprising. The owners do mention that it is a shared backyard area. But overall a very clean and nicely updated appliances, and furniture.

Paso on Vine Street! Amazing Place!

What a wonderul vacation rental- the location along with the newly remodeled touch was more than we expected. There is nothing they did not think of when setting the place up. The check in process was easy, the bedding was so comfy and the communication with the host was stellar. We have already looked up their calendar for availability for our future wine tasting trips. Thank you for allowing us to stay n your place- 10/10 for sure!

Great Spot in Paso

Nice updated and clean rental close to the square. Probably a 15 minute leisurely walk. Tv had lots of options and wifi reception was good. We were only there for 2 nights so didn't really use all the amenities but the kitchen appeared to be well equipped. We did use the washer and dryer which was nice. Very comfortable. We would stay there again. The back yard promises to be really nice once it's all planted and grown in.
