Paso Robles Bungalow -Deck/Fire Pit

Newly renovated and updated classic California Bungalow! Stay in the heart of Paso Robles just a few short blocks to the downtown restaurants, bars, tasting rooms and nightlife. Get your rest in the spacious bedroom with king size bed, and comfy memory foam pull-out queen size bed in living area. WIFI and smart HD TV’s with Netflix, Hulu & apple TV in the living, bedroom and outdoor back patio. BBQ and unwind in the large outdoor areas including a deck, bar, picnic table, grill and fire pit.
The space
We are 4 ½ blocks to the downtown square and 1 ½ blocks to the new Paso Market Walk where you can get your morning coffee, cupcakes and ice cream or wine, craft beer & cider. Enjoy the newly furnished and remodeled interior as well as the private outdoor patio with TV and seating. You have a huge backyard that is shared with one other guest and each unit has access to their own fire pit and BBQ grill. Close to downtown and centrally located to the amazing Paso Robles wineries!

Walking distance to downtown square and convenient to the beautiful Wineries. Plenty of FREE parking on Vine St. & 17th St. in front of property just outside your front door.
Other things to note
Great WIFI, TV’s are Netflix, Hulu & Apple TV ready. The BBQ is ready for grilling and the deck, bar and picnic tables are there for unwinding from your day!

There were only 3 bath towels - - We stayed for a week, and we had no time to wash towels. No dish cloths. Lightbulbs burnt out in living room and bathroom. Lightbulb missing in closet. Bathroom countertop not cleaned. No instructions for thermostat, so at night the indoor temperature fell to 66 degrees.

We stayed our first night at the property without issue. The following day we went out to enjoy the local area, but when we returned to the house we immediately noticed a strong smell of gas, which made the home unsafe to stay in. We were shocked and had to leave right away and scramble to find alternate accommodations, completely disrupting our plans for our wedding anniversary weekend. The host claimed the home was checked the day prior, but that does nothing to address the strong gas smell we encountered, which made the property unsafe to occupy. Despite raising this urgent safety concern, we still have not receive a response from the host since they said they were “checking on the smell” and have been left to handle the situation on our own. I’ve spent several hours working to resolve this when I should be out enjoying Paso Robles. We hope this issue is taken seriously by the host and VRBO, and investigated so future guests do not face the same risk.

We were pleased to stay in such a charming VRBO in wonderful condition. It was close to the Paso Market Walk, so we walked each morning for coffee. My only hope is that they put in a water filtration system for drinking water so that people don’t have to bring in bottled water full of microplastics. This is the first VRBO in a good while that has installed one. My only other recommendation is that you don’t put flannel sheets on the comfy bed. It is really too warm for sleeping. Thanks again!

This was the 2nd time we've stayed at this residence and it is wonderful. They even decorated inside and out for Christmas. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Paso Robles.

Our stay was excellent. A beautiful cottage with hotel quality amenities. The home was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was spotless with updated appliances. A bonus was the wine barrel table and stools on the back porch … a great location to relax in the evening. We would definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit Paso Robles.

Comfortable place for 2. Had all the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Just as advertised! The outdoor space is nice and is shared with the unit next door. Would be ideal for friends to rent both places and enjoy! Thank you for your hospitality.

Cute and Cozy!

My daughter and I were in town for a livestock event in Paso and we stayed here for two nights. It was very clean, cozy, adorable, stocked with everything we needed and we would most definitely stay here again! We wish we had more time to relax here as we had late nights and early mornings at our event but we slept GREAT in the very comfortable bed! We have stayed in another house of Luis and Rose's that was equally amazing. Thank you Rose and Luis and Rose for being such gracious and accommodating hosts!

Good location

This property is mostly as advertised and pretty clean but there were issues with electronics, no house guide (with instructions on how to use climate controls, etc.), the bed is not very comfortable. Flooring is new but in need of maintenance. Kitchen/bathroom are set up well.

Highly recommend

We have limited experience staying in home rentals in general, but this really changed our mind, this was a well appointed, beautiful and clean property. Very easy check-in and departure and great location. We would definitely stay here again.
