Bedroom two, features a queen bed, has great views and its own half bath en suite and shares the shower with bedroom three. Bedroom three, offers rest in a sun-filled room with a king bed. Walk through the front door and relax. There is plenty of space in the living to enjoy the spectacular 180 degree vineyard and city views out of the huge picture windows, play your favorite tunes on the baby grand piano or watch your favorite TV shows on the 50” SmartTV. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment. A large sofa seats 3-4, a love seat sits two and a 4 side chairs allow for seating for everyone. Use the telescope to see up to 50 miles away.
Across the entry area is the dining area with a farmhouse dining table and seating for ten. There are also vineyard views from the dining room along with a pass through to the kitchen. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essentials to whip up some gourmet meals to pair with your latest Paso Wine acquisitions. We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry area and available for guests to use. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 12 as well as plenty of serving necessities.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in Downtown Paso Robles! This home is just five minutes (2 miles) from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Around the square there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues.
PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located on Spring Street about 20 blocks away. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
