"Amazing view of snow capped mountains from our room. A very comfortable, clean room with a balcony. If heating is needed, a heater can be hired per day. "Worst hotel ever! Paid 6K for deluxe room which isn’t spacious enough even for 2 people. Every member of their staff has their own version of information so it depends on your luck if you get the services at the least. And do check the amount they have invoiced you at the time of checkout as I said; nobody here is aware of anything so do yourself a favour and check each and everything they have billed you. Won’t recommend at all. "

"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."

"Comfortable room, not a one minute walk to mall road. Room had no heating making it a bit cold in winter. Fantastic choice at breakfast. I was lucky to have a balcony however the taxi drivers use the road the balcony overlooked as an urinal."

"It was a beautiful memory after staying in hotel vintage. I have traveled many places in India but this is the best hotel service I have ever experienced till now.
