"From even before our arrival Nicolas messaged me to give information. At the suites he welcomed us and showed the suite with explanation of every amenities and also described the building history. Just amazing to live in a building from the 14th century, but with all the modern appliances you have in your own home. Leider überwiegen für uns jedoch die negativen Aspekte. Es ist extrem laut – und zwar Tag und Nacht. "Vooropgesteld het is een prima hotel, maar je ziet wel dat het een hotel op leeftijd is, de laatste twee keer was de kamer niet heel schoon, vlekken op de muur in de badkamer, stof en vieze hoeken vloer ( die zwart afgeven als je er een papiertje over haalt), personeel is zakelijk en ok, niet per se heel vriendelijk. De spa: Sauna en stoombad en zwembad zijn heerlijk, goed op temperatuur en zeker erg ontspannend na een dag in Antwerpen."
