"I loved the location, the amenities, and the entire room. Immediately walking into the resort, I felt like I was at home. The room had everything we needed, from beach towels to beach chairs and umbrellas, even a coffee maker and refrigerator. The tub and shower were phenomenal. The location is walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and desert options. The beach is mere yards away."

"The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool."

Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer ."

"From what we could see, the Tropic Isle rooms were very nice. However, our room had some maintenance / construction work done the day prior, and the staff thought it was too dusty for anyone to stay, so they upgraded us to a REALLY nice room on the Sea Breeze property. The room was beautiful, very clean, with a comfortable bed and a very large flat screen TV. Best of all, our window had a panoramic view of the ocean. "My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...

"Don’t stay upstairs because the you will be asked to keep it down. Which we were asked several times to keep the noise level down. One night just opening the sofa bed and the next day in the afternoon. The property is not even updated."

"This property was average at best. Definitely showing age in upkeep of bathrooms, paint, etc. Breakfast food is good however be prepared for lack of plates, silverware, coffee, etc. Bar and restaurant underwhelming. Overpriced and understaffed."

"The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot."

"There was sand under the area rug that should've been swept up. We noticed it because the scalloped rug had rolled up edges and we had tripped over it. We rolled up the rug and eek substanial sand underneath. One of hand towels had a brown stain on it too. The pool and beach access were a 5 min walk. Make sure your room is closer than the pics online. We felt dubbed. There were people outside arguing at midnight. Then there was noise all night that sounded like a child or pet. We love Anna Maria...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We traveled with our 80 year old family member and everyone went out of their way to make her comfortable. The food was spectacular, and the cocktails were delicious. The walk to the beach is very easy and the pool was wonderful."

The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall."
