Què no li ha agradat: Comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Unfortunately, we did not very much enjoy our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Wayne Fairfield.
The hotel itself is very well designed, I love its modern feel, but it is just a facade. It seems like when last it was renovated it was done in a hurry, as we had several issues with our room to the point where we had to switch.
In the first room, the outlets were loose and separated from the wall. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close and made a loud noise in doing so. The door to the refrigerator was not cut to size properly, so it was also difficult to open/close. Lastly (and most importantly), the shower had no hot water and hair stuck to it from prior guests.
When we called to the front desk, a very nice lady named Brenda helped us quickly get into another room.
The beds were very hard in both rooms, I did not get much sleep in the hotel as a result.
To add insult to injury, the bar was closed until further notice. We were told that due to a management change they needed a new liquor license.
We were given a free breakfast for our room change inconvenience.
We will not be staying here again.
