And when I pointed out she’d messed up my booking she then refused to talk to me. Then she proceeded to lie and call a director who was just as incompetent. "El hotel y el restaurante están muy bien y el hotel ademasrevodo hace poco. Solo decir que el colchón un poco duro y algo de calor en la habitación. "

"Agradable y muy bien situado"

"We arrived at 8pm, having called in advance to advise of our arrival time. We had booked a table in the restaurant at 8.30pm (the final sitting according to the website). Would not return."

"Chambre petite, vieille et mal entretenu. Propre mais tout est bas de gamme. Trop cher pour ce que c'est."

The breakfast spread was also pretty basic, but surprisingly quite good. The young ladies working the reception and breakfast area were lovely, professional, and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants for dinner. This was a very last minute booking over a very busy weekend, and my main gripe...
