"We stayed with out kids and our dog in a family room. The kids loved that there was a pool, water slide and hot tub. I liked the family room as we had seperate bedrooms and small kitchen and living area- lits of space. The hotel does look dated on some ways, but is in line with what I would expect for the price point and what we needed the hotel for. It didn't negatively ompact our stay- as it was still clean. "Stayed for 2 nights. The beds are comfortable, the heating/cooling worked well (but is noisy) and the larger fridge in the room was very nice, clean and new. Bathroom is basic but adequate and had nice hot water. The vinyl flooring is also relatively new so is in nice condition. Although the beds are comfy, they are on wheels so if you try to lean against the wall-mounted headboard, you quickly end up in the middle of the room. "this place was so awful that my daughter and i left after being in the room for 5 minutes and went to a different hotel! right from the time i stepped into the lobby i had a red flag gut feelings... the front desk guy was asking if i was travelling alone. the place was absolutely disgusting filthy. our room had hairs in the bed, curly hairs all over the bathroom and sticky dust everywhere! the room stunk of cigarette smoke, and walls and doors were filthy and streaked. this place needs to...

"Breakfast ends at 10am and I got there at 930am and was todl they were packing up and there was nothing left "

"Hot tub was murky. Area around pool was dirty. Storage and mess behind tables in group seating area by pool. Tables dirty. When we offered to clean the area we were given a dirty cloth to clean it. Then power went out in our room when we were getting ready to leave. Could not call front desk when power went out in room because phone did not work. Could not finish getting ready. Told front desk at checkout but they said they could not do anything for our stay because we booked with expedia. Then...
