"Clean facility. Breakfast was great. Good location. Great TV options. You can login to your Netflix and Amazon accounts. The bed is on the firm side. Shower and water pressure are great."

Regarding room cleaning, the policy explained to me was that guests who stay multi-nights could expect the room to be clean after the third night. That did not happen in my case. "The hotel was very clean, quiet and felt safe to be in and around the area. Breakfast was simple but had enough good food to fill us up before a day of exploring Memphis. Staff were so helpful and polite. Definitely would stay again if we come back to TN"

"We had a terrible experience We booked three rooms and one sweet closer to a wedding venue for my nephew. We had to leave to stay somewhere else because one day they had a fire alarm that they couldn’t control. The next day no power and no WiFi working We had to leave and stay somewhere else to stay and shower . No manager to explain anything or issue credit for our rooms . We left and tried to get Expedia to issue credit or deal with the hamptons in and haven’t heard back from them ."

"Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property"

"My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through."
