"This was our first time staying here and we loved it so much! As soon as we drove up, the outdoor staff were so attentive and the front desk staff were also very friendly! They upgraded our room complimentary and it had such a beautiful view! The property is so nice and clean and our kids enjoyed the pool with the slide! Loved the amenities and how clean everything is! Will definitely be staying here again! Great location with beautiful scenery and easy parking!"

"Hotel was clean and staff was very kind and welcoming. However the amenities at the hotel were meh. For example, no mini fridge in the room, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Luckily I pack my own but geez it’s an Omni Hotel! We are a family of 4 and there was only sets of 2s, for instance 2 towels, we had to call each night for additional towels and coffee since they only stocked it the first day. It’s also the World Cup, they have a wonderful pool and outside area but it wasn’t staffed....

"The property was nice and clean, however the staff was not great. The valet was not helpful whatsoever. He stood there and I had to get out of my vehicle to get instructions on parking and where to go. Then when we went into the hotel lobby to check in, the gentleman at the desk was on the phone. We stood there for over 10 minutes while he was on the phone, never being acknowledged. Was very rude and unprofessional."

"Overall the hotel was clean, the staff was courteous and the amenities ok but we had a room facing the highway and couldn't sleep. The staff offered ear plugs the second night and that helped somewhat. The location did provide easy access to major highways."

"If you’re asked if you want to stay on the 26th floor, don’t think it’s an upgrade. I was placed in the highest floor where the ceiling is has mold from the rain."

"La amabilidad del personal es muy buena. El servicio de los elevadores es muy bueno. Lo malo es el estado del cuarto y sobre todo el baño. Los WC son modelos de 1950 para personas de corta estatura y aunque han remodelado los baños, los WC son arcaicos. El personal de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. No funcionaba la caja fuerte de mi cuarto cuando llegamos y lo reporté inmediatamente a las 8 PM. Me dijeron que mandarían a alguien y hasta las 10, nadie llegó. Puse el letrero de "no molestar"...

"Location was perfect. Rooms were clean. The staff was very helpful and kind in person. However, tried to reach them by phone multiple times before check-in, and never picked up. Once in the hotel, I tried to reach them by phone again to get more towels and they didnt pick up. I had to go downstairs to ask for more towels, which were sent to my room 3hrs later."
