Parc Temàtic M&Ds

The hotel was run by what seemed like a young, very friendly and helpful, family. The hotel rooms are adjacent to the reception building, flat screen tv (although we did have a wifi issue and couldn’t access it was there and there was ability to hotspot additionally). We stayed in the deluxe twin room which ours was equipped with a double bed and a single bed. They have water and fizzy juice available to buy when reception is open which was brilliant as the nearest shop is a walk away. The only downside is potentially the location (which is no fault of the owners) but we got ubers from the venue to our destinations and back and at no point felt unsafe. Would definitely return, brilliant service and for the price is definitely worth it.

The room's thermometer unit automatically turns off every two hours. When we pushed the power button it failed to respond. We had to continually call reception to reset and visited the front desk several times to correct the issue. They explained the system is designed for sustainability. We are all for sustainability but in reality the room's air became very uncomfortable during the evening. Really poor for sleeping which was a huge negative. Designing the air system to turn off every two hours defies common sense. What is the point of paying for a nice room when you will to get a decent night's sleep Too bad as otherwise it is a very nice hotel but will not return.

Location, staff, facilities and cleanliness were 5 star. The only thing that retracts this from being a 5 star experience overall, was having a noisy group of girls next door who kept me up late & then woke me up early. The shower was also a handheld style shower head with minimal power, so not the best for washing long hair. So as comfortable and great as the room was, the walls are thin. However, I would stay again, accompanied by ear plugs.
