I booked a private room but saw that they offer dormitory style shared rooms as well as rooms for families. Staff was friendly and spoke english if needed. I appreciated the self service laundry and refreshments in the shared dining space. Housekeeping prepared fresh clean towels daily and my room was always clean when I came back from exploring taipei. "This hotel may have been one of the best stays I’ve had. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they were always willing to help and answered all my questions clearly. I also loved the location and amenities. Having a laundry room was something that was a plus given that I was going to another country after Taiwan. I would recommend and would stay again in the future."

"La habitación era amplia, pero sin ventanas. Estaba todo limpio y bien. La atención de todo el personal muy bien. Lo peor es que se oye a los vecinos como si estuviesen contigo. "

The only issue for us was that the beds were to hard, also no English speaking TV channels and it was difficult to connect to Netflix. But would still stay there again as the staff were...
