"Loved the stay, that being said these are some small complaints: the temperature control on the shower was kind of confusing/sticky and so I basically cooked myself. Additionally the sink was clogged after the first time we washed our faces and hands which was a bit odd.
Otherwise no complaints, had a lovely stay!"

"When attending the pool at 9pm there were no towels available on the towel rack and the ones we could see being used by other guests were extremly small and thin. That could be improved.
The adjacent lounge should be available for guest to sit in outside of Breakfast and Dinner and drinks could be offered to improve the amenity."

"Our room was clean. Front desk staff was excellent. We had a full tub and the shower curtain was too long making showering for my adult sons frustrating. The kitchen was nice to have. The tv was angled slightly up which was strange. Bath towels are small. Maintenance walked into our room without knocking around 8:30 a.m. while we were packing up. Overall, it was a nice place for the price but definitely had a few hiccups. We would stay here again and recommend to others."

"First time stayed at this hotel in St. Jacobs. Location is excellent. Places we wanted to visit were just steps away. Ample self-parking spaces on-site. Very convenient. Staff is very informative. Dining room staff is courteous and efficient to bring out fresh batch of cooked or baked food. One of the best self-serve continental breakfast. Bedroom is clean and decorated in simple but calming design. The 2-Queen-bed suite we stayed in is very spacious. The cooling system inside the room is easy...

"Everything about our stay was excellent . The manager's hospitality hour at 5pm was something we were not expecting, but was great with soup and salad and cheese and fruit trays. It made a perfect light dinner. Thanks very much. I Know we will stay again when we are back this way."
