I really enjoyed my stay. The room was exactly as I expected, with a pleasant, slightly old-fashioned style and floral wallpaper, and it was very comfortable.
The location is excellent: you can easily walk to the centre of Edinburgh, and there are plenty of interesting things to see along the way. And if you don’t feel like walking, there’s a bus stop literally right in front of the building, which is very convenient.
The breakfast was tasty and sufficient for a good, satisfying breakfast. I’d also like to mention the very friendly and pleasant girls working at breakfast.
The shared bathroom was clearly mentioned in the description beforehand, so it wasn’t a problem for me. The only thing I slightly missed was a small table in the room, where I could comfortably sit with a coffee or tea.
Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would happily stay here again if I visit Edinburgh again. I definitely recommend it!

"Our room was quiet, clean, and had lovely shampoo, conditioner, bath & body wash, and skin cream in the room. It was convenient to walk to Waverley station, the tram and bus stops, New Town, and Old Town. The staff was so helpful and kind to keep our luggage before check in and following check out. ..."
