Parc Promenade des Isles

Kind and helpful staff. Lovely a/c in our unit. Clean bedding. Close walk to Gare de Norde station. No secure luggage storage, though staff offered to hold for us when we arrived an hour prior to check in. Neighborhood felt more unsafe than safe, as we were traveling with children. Note no elevator. Towels were hard and evident black mold in shower stall.

Clean room. The decor was cute. Loved how the windows opened fully. The staff at this hotel were all amazing. Very helpful with everything.

Welcoming staff, clean room, air conditioning was super helpful for the summer heat! The room was really lovely, would stay again!
