"The room was uncomfortable with the stange bathroom set up with barely any privacy, the lack of a chair to sit on, the lack of comfortable blanets and pillows on the bed, the old TV that didnt allow for personal app sign in, and the lack of an outlet on both sides of the bed. The Rent A Car company -Priceless- was a disaster and ripoff. Located off-airport in a seedy area. Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers...
