The owners are available by text to help if you have an issue (we did not but they promptly welcomed us when we told them we had arrived and told us to feel free to contact them anytime). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and both panoramic windows and a deck to enjoy them. We stayed with another couple for 2 nights. All four of us were very happy!"

Overall would definitely stay here again. Close to main attractions. Parking garage is tight not suitable for big cars. We rented a Camry and barely fit it garage. You can leave the car outside in front of garage door. Seattle is a beautiful state."

"We enjoyes our staying at Grand Hyatt, the Service is great, location is key since you can go in walking distance everywhere. The bed was also enjoyable. Only the view would have been better in higher floor, since 10th has an external section for AC output and it is an obstacle for city view."
