"Hotel is new and comfortable. Location is excellent few walking steps away to Akasaka subway exit. Food store Reganet Cute opens 7am to 22pm just opposite to hotel, no need to go around for convenience stores. The restaurant may not be a good option but Starbucks, MacDonald, Yoshinoya, Komeda just at the near cross section."

"The staff was very cordial and helpful during our week’s stay at the Tokyu Stay Tenjin. For example, we had an issue with the AC, and they sent a staff up immediately to resolve the problem. Love the washer/dryer in the unit. We would definitely return in the future, The hotel is very convenient to the “city center”, within walking distance to many eateries, convenience stores, and especially Don Quixote ( popular discount store)."

"Room was clean and staff was helpful. However something worth mentioning the rooms are tiny and there’s a hallway light which is basically next to the bed that is automatic. So anytime you need to use the bathroom at night or you moved too harsh it would turn on in the middle of the night. It takes 10 min for it to shut back off which was frustrating. Additionally their AC automatically shuts off if you’re not in the room for longer than a certain time. We ran into the issue of having a humid...

"The room was quite small and compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed at in our trip to Japan this was by far the worst. The room was outdated, and very small (I traveled with 3 others so they packed 4 beds into 1 room lined side by side) along with the beds not being the cleanest. The people there are nice and helpful along with the bath house was nice but nothing special."
