Parque nacional Undara Volcánico

No privacy as front verticle blinds were partially missing, had to take a sheet of bed to makeshift a privacy screen When we arrived air con was set to 22 degrees, its winter and freezing cold , so the room stayed like an ice box We had to ask for a doona as the room didn't have any ,only a super thin throw blanket ,which won't suffice in winter. Only 1 pillow each, what the woke up with a sore neck and the mattress was dismal, like foam only, no support.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Food was magnificent and we’ll definitely be coming back again. Great place to stay and highly recommended.

Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. She was very patiencent and always with a smile ready to help. The restaurant (Nunu) has a delicious breakfast and the staff is also really attentful and friendly. We meet Michelle there, who was wonderful and friendly. Also always with a smile serving us and giving recommendations. Overall the Alameda staff is great and the hotel is super nice.
