"Estuvimos con unos amigos en una epoca un poco fria, pero se hacia insoportable estar en un espacio en comun ya que no habia calefaccion y apenas nos ofrecieron un caloventor por habitacion. El restaurante estaba oscuro, falto de toda decoracion, con ventanas cerradas... y a pesar de que la atencion de los mozos y cocineros fue muy bueno ( lo mejor diria), se hacia dificil estar en ese lugar desayunando o cenando. Recibimos el 2014 en ese hotel..... y tuvimos que ponerle mucho entusiasmo."

We had purchased breakfast package. Choices were too many and food was good.
One negative experience was the frontdesk folks want us to have them call taxi so they get some percent.

"The Team at hotel Mahadev Rishikesh was very nice and accommodating. The manager even went out of his way to help in matters outside of the hotel and I highly recommend this hotel. Plus, it is steps away from Neem Karoli Baba’s temple which was very nice. Oh, and they cook very delicious food as well!"

"This was supposed to be a 5* hotel. The room we were initially given was dirty and smelly. We asked them to change it. After 3 attempts at showing us different rooms, we were eventually given a clean room and the furniture in it was also clean. The staff were friendly and to be fair they were actually in the middle of renovations. It worked out for us in the end. "

"I booked the place for my parents, they were very happy from the services provided by their staff. They are very professional, friendly and do look after their customers. Food was delicious too as Breakfast and either lunch or dinner were included in the price. Definitely worth staying there and would love to go back there whenever visiting Haridwar "
