"Behzat and his staff make you feel home from the first second you’re there. He runs an amazing team. The food is outstanding and we received a room upgrade without having to ask for anything. Behzat recommended a Mosel wine stand a couple of blocks from the hotel and we had a great time sitting in the sun with a bottle of wine at an affordable price. Thanks guys, great job and we’ll be back for a longer stay!"

"El hotel está bien, reformado con estilo moderno. El problema es su ubicación, esta muy lejos del centro como a 1.5km, sino dispones de coche, es un poco incómodo. Os explico, Bernkastel Kues, es una ciudad pequeñita, que puede ser visitada en 2 horitas, y esta dividida por un puente. Berkastel, donde se encuentra el hotel, donde no hay nada para visitar, y la otra Kues que es preciosa, recorrer todas sus calles y la plaza donde se encuentra la Casa inclinada. La verdad es que merece una parada,...

"El servicio no fue bueno, no hablan inglés y nisiquiera lo intentan, y la mujer que nos atendió en el desayuno fué bastante descortes durante todo el servicio. La puerta de la entrada de la habitación tenía un espacio abierto en la parte de arriba. La puerta de la ducha tenia huecos en la pared en donde la instalaron y la ducha estaba llena de moho."

"When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. German speakers would have no problem but non-Germans may have a problem. Another issue we had is that the hotel states it has an EV charging point - it does...

Important - if you're driving, the am Frucktmarkt address will only get you close due to pedestrian only zones. There is a parking garage in back (with a different address) that has direct access to the hotel - call ahead and get that street address and save yourself a walk."
