"Para pasar unas horas está bien, la limpieza no fue lo mejor ya q en la 1ra habitación me encontré con una cucaracha enorme muerta,la asistente me cambió de habitación la cual no le servía la TV, le pedí a la recepción q me mandara un taxi x la mañana y me dijo q solo aceptaba la festivo en dólar americano lo cual no llevaba más q 10dlls lo cual le dije q no quería el servicio q pagaría un uber ya q podía pagar con tarjeta a la mañana siguiente me dice recepción q ya estaba mi taxi esperándome...

"Inadequate heating in the pool , poor customer service. No hot water in the shower. It was a terrible experience but it’s a nice place, hopefully with better management can offer outstanding services "

"I arrived at 20:00 and sent whatsapp mesaage to the hotel to fet picked up, there was no answer, caleld them and no answer, finally took a uber to the hotel to findout the address is terminal 2 of Panama airport and basically this hotel does not exist. Contacted expedia and eeported the case, could not get another hotel and slept iver night in panama airport freezing to death with the A/C. Now Im shocked to see this hotel still active. We did notice the unit we stayed in this time did have more marks on the walls plus a A/C holder wall plate pulled out of the wall. "I first must say the room was clean & so was the property and the staff is wonderful. I had a problem with the noise. The pool is supposed to be open 8 to 8. Well there were people out there to way past midnight and then I heard people at 1 or 2 laughing and making all sorts of noise. It was tough not to go and complain. I probably should have. The doors are older, and they are not sealed all the way so you can see the light and because of this, you can hear all the noise which echoes up from...

"Dated and run down generally. Both the rooms and common areas were in poor condition and not very clean. The room we were in had mould on the lamp shades and very tatty decor generally. The TV remote control was filthy and we didn’t touch it. The room had takeaway cups for coffee which is not very environmentally conscious. The buffet meal plan was basic and the supposedly hot food was mainly cold as the American tourists come in on mass, they lift off all the lids on the buffet hot food and...
