"All the staff were amazing. My issue was the room we were in. The AC never worked properly and hardly cooled down even on lower settings. The light was out on one side of the bed. The refrigerator was barely cool even set on a lower temp. There was a pretty noticeable stain on the chair that was at the desk. Two of the nights we had a team of Jr. Hockey Boys on our end of the hallway and they played hockey in the hallway right outside our door until after 10:00pm both nights. Not sure where the...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Kiki at the front desk was amazing and fun to interact with. I would have given a 5 star review except for the mattress in the room. It was way too firm for my husband and I. We left with aching backs."

"An extremely nice stay. Only complaint I have is the hallways were EXTREMELY hot no air flow whatsoever. All though they did have fans going trying to resolve the issue. On the bright side our room was very cool and comfortable. The pool room was also extremely hot but giving it was 100 degrees outside and the sun shining through the big glass windows it was understandable. Will definitely be back!"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms are really small, but nice. The only complaint we had was the bed was awful! It was very thin and even though we booked a queen size, we were given a room with a twin. The bed also only had a thin blanket on top. The hotel overall is very stylish and close to many resturants and shops, but at the end of the day none of that matters if it isn't a comfortable stay and because of that I don't think we'd stay again. "

"The air conditioning in our room was inoperable. The room was 80 degrees and I could not get the AC to turn on. I went to the desk immediately and they placed me into another room."

"I loved this hotel and the staff couldn't do enough to make my visit fun and easy. Breakfast was really good, variety, clean facility. My room was huge, comfy, clean, and just what I needed after a long day of sight seeing. BTW, they have a free shuttle bus to all the tourist sites available upon asking, which was great. And the drivers were like mini tour guides. It was so much fun. I would go back there again and again. Definitely next time I'm in Omaha"
