This hotel was perfect! It is located in a quieter area of Ueno, but only a 10 min walk to either Ueno or okachimachi stations. The hotel is spotless, the room was immaculate with the best shows in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
Staff were polite, friendly and super helpful. We did not eat at the hotel simply as we were out for most of the day, every day! But the bistro food looked good and was always busy.
Would definitely stay here again!

The property location is great, lots of convenient stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Tokyo tower and many entrances to the train stations. Our family plan to stay in this hotel again if we return to Tokyo!
