"Our group stayed at the Rocco Forte Charles hotel for 4 nights before departing for our cruise, and we absolutely loved the hotel. Gorgeous, well appointed rooms, great staff, beautiful restaurant and wonderful location. Breakfast at the restaurant was a great way to begin each day. We had dinner out on the terrace, very nice. Can’t safe enough good things about the staff; really made our stay such a joy."

"Quite convenient location for exploring Munich. Around 15 minutes walk to the nearest U-Bahn station: Theresienwiese just two stops from Karlzplatz. There is a small shopping mall nearby if needed and several small restaurants on Gollierstraße. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. The room was comfortable if a little cramped. The ceiling fan kept the room cool and was low noise so it could be left running through the night (essential in the July heat wave)....

"Excellent property with an amazing studio and comfortable bar. Great facilities for tourists, business travellers, and digital nomads. Only drawback was that there was no air conditioning which made sleeping during the heatwave difficult."

"A comfy cocoon in the middle of Munich! Small, clean, cozy hotel with a fun, kitschy alpine theme. I got a good night‘s sleep and the breakfast buffet was quite good. Staff were very friendly and everything is in good shape, with some nice details, such as Rituals bath products, that elevate the vibe. Very close to the main train station in a busy area with lots of other hotels. If you are traveling as a couple I would suggest getting one of the larger rooms."

"This place was the kind of place you expect from an Ibis hotel. Clean, simple, nicely decorated for a reasonable price. It was only a 5-m Ute walk to the Donnersbergerbrucke station and a couple of S-Bahn stops from old town so location is perfect. ATM machine across the street and a grocery store on the way to the train station. TV didn’t seem to work in our room, but it could have been user error."

"Hotel Krone is our go-to destination whenever we visit Munich. The staff is wonderful and always goes out of their way to make us feel right at home, including our dog. As an added bonus, the hotel bar serves some of the best drinks we have had anywhere. Just a wonderful place all around."
