"Dirty bedding, my bedding sheets had blood stains on them."

"This is my second time staying at this motel. Everything was great, check in went smoothly and quickly. The shower head is made for someone taller (I'm not that thin and felt like I had to run around in the shower to get wet) but otherwise the amenities were good for a motel. For some reason the road noise seemed really loud this time--might recommend bringing earplugs. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean, they have underground parking and the staff there are amazingly helpful and friendly!! I’ve stayed there a few times whenever I go to concerts at the Moda Center. Plus, Red Robin is right across the street from the Quality Inn, so it’s really convenient!!"

"All the staff I encountered were really great--super cool and conversational, but the room was a real disappointment. I walked through the door and walked into a wall of stench. It smelled like wet dogs had vacationed in the room. I usually sleep like a rock, but the stink kept me awake for a while. The shower was also not clean. "

"Horrible. Really bad location, witnessed a drug deal happen right in front of my room door. There are hidden cost such as a parking fee and the owners seem shady. Room was fine but very little offered for the cost. Didn't seem too dirty but also wasn't clean. Felt unsafe and left early, did not even stay the night"

"Property was decent but not the best. Our mattress seemed to be in rough shape. My husband mentioned he may have been a victim of bedbugs, me sleeping a few inches from him didn’t seems to experience the same situation. Lobby breakfast was really good. Definitely houses an amazing cook."

"The room was reasonably clean but shabby with discolored carpeting and no blankets for the bed. My wife got cold at night. Bathroom was nicest part of room as remodeled more recently than elsewhere. Dodgy clientele near us with some late night arguments and door banging. "

"No on site parking, public parking garages and street parking nearby, both are metered. The parking garage maxed out at $24 a night, and the street parking was for 3 hours max at $3 an hour"

"The location was great, the beds were very comfortable, and we felt safe in/around the hotel. The valet service was also fantastic. Great water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed our balcony. Only complaint: our room with a balcony faced a street that had noisy trash pickup every morning at 6. 😊 Other than that, fabulous!"

"The place is new so it is clean and nice. I really wish these places would lower the laundry 3 to wash and 3 to dry isn't the worst but still hurts . My only real complaint is the wifi. Only 2 devices allowed unless you pay extra.... Then you get a third! This seems low to us. Otherwise it's nice. Good coffee"

"There was body fluids on the head rest, brown substances on the floor in the bathroom and sticky stuff on the floor. The staff referred us to use Expedia. We used Expedia we verified payment but Expedia did not send notification of payment to property. It took hours to be able to gain acess to the rented room. But first Expedia attempted for us to pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to another hotel and be reimbursed later they also got into a verbal altercation with the property...
