"Tabaco free property is awesome - pool is kept clean and has a deep area over 6ft - quick access to the beach with controlled door and outside shower to clean up. Room and bathroom are clean, and well ventilated with a ceiling fan. Could improve on a stronger AC unit."

Good choices on the breakfast menu.... the only downside was that the rooms (we rent 2) had a damp smell ( like mold ) one worse than the other....even they had the purified machine on one. "Great to be on a property right next to the ocean. However, balconies are NOT private! The balcony is the hallway that communicates all the rooms and you have guests walk in front of you at all times looking into your room! The statement “Guest enjoying the views from PRIVATE balconies” is misleading and not true! This needs to be clarified on ad. Thank you."

"I will post pictures. The outdoor area was very nice and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The inside was another matter. Peeling paint, rusty chairs and doorknobs, quick cheap fixes to electrical outlets and a bathtub that was so old that no matter how much it was scrubbed, the dirt would never come out. I doubt these fixes are up to code. One elevator was horrible...vinyl flooring that was coming up, puddles, dirty walls etc. We also had trouble with parking. My...
