We stayed on the 11th floor with two young children and were never told at check-in that 1 of the 2 elevators was completely out of service. They simply placed a wet floor sign in front of it. Because only one elevator was working, wait times were often 30-45 minutes since it had to stop on nearly every floor. "The room was very run down with a strange smell when we checked in. They scanned my drivers license and credit card then GAVE ME someone ELSES card information. When I complained checking out they said that it was from “seven years ago” when the card had not even expired yet. When I called to inquire about a late check in the man was very rude on the phone. The only plus was the bed was comfy."

No counter top in the bath just a pedestal sink and rusty short wire shelving.. this is not representative of the Hampton Inn's we are accustom to. There are too many other choices in the area. "My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

"The front desk staff weren’t the nicest, the housekeeping staff were very nice and willing to help. The room felt very wet and had a musty smell. You had to let the water run for five+ minutes in the shower to have any sort of warm water. It was decent for the price, but I would not stay again."
