"The service at the restaurant was so bad"

"This unique hotel includes several small mansions with about rooms each. These houses have distinctive contemporaary styles. Our room was spacious and elegant, but the structure showed some wear. Because the mansions are distributed along a small valley, you need to take a free shuttle to the main lobby and restaurant. The restaurant is really good, which is important because there are not many convenient dining options in the area. The hotel is connected to am amazing, but challenging hiking...

"This hotel chain is going to be sued for fraud if they don't remove "executive room" as a booking option. There are no benefits except for 4 cans of warm drinks in the mini fridge. No club, no breakfast, no benefits. Supposedly the executive rooms are "newer" but were indistinguishable from what I would have expected from any hotel room in 2026. The room appeared new but the design was terrible - turning on the bathroom light in the middle of the night turned on all the lights. Power outlets...

"雖然有點舊，但整體在設計，用料 ，好有心思。工作團隊有禮，態度和藹，不錯。"

"The place is very reasonable priced. Location: 10-15 minute walk to nearest subway and 1 hour ride away from the city centre. But it is next to a crossroad so if find it difficult to sleep with noise this might be a deal breaker. Price wise the location is great. Service The personnel is very friendly. There is 24/7 someone behind the desk. The personnel is very helpfull with questions like trips and restaurants. English is not their strong suit. But simple stuff, check in, check out or...

"Very spacious. Staffs are nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast with lots of varieties."

"乾淨，唯一餐廳比較遠小小，但係餐廳內的招呼很好。"

"Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate...

"The room was unhygienic and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Most importantly, the door lock did not work, making it impossible to secure our belongings or feel safe. The entrance did not match the advertised photos, and no staff were available to help. We had to leave and pay for another hotel. I would not recommend this property due to serious safety and cleanliness concerns."
