The restaurant is really good, which is important because there are not many convenient dining options in the area. The hotel is connected to am amazing, but challenging hiking...

"The service at the restaurant was so bad"

"The manager Vivien was amazing and so supportive with English, booking tickets, getting taxis, sharing directions and helping with shopping and dining. Simply can’t thank her and the staff enough. Most amazing experience for a non Chinese speaking traveller in a very non English speaking location that is close to ski fields and the Great Wall of China. Simply amazing "

"Todo excelente, limpio, muy buen servicio, comidas, paisajes"

"大廳裝潢設計美觀。房間寬敞、明亮舒適。早餐尚可。服務人員親切有禮。唯一待改進之處是洗浴的水量太小。"

"House was perfect to suit our needs of traveling with three families. Lots of space and well equipped and stocked with everything one might need. Host was timely and thorough in her communication, and even helped to arrange food delivery and transportation. Proximity to ski resort was excellent as well. Will definitely be back!"
